Shipping & Fulfillment

To ensure your crickets arrive in peak "Gold Standard" condition, we adhere to a strict shipping schedule:

Shipping Days: Monday – Wednesday.
Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 10:00 AM will be processed and shipped the following business shipping day.
Ordering: You may place your order online 24/7.

Delivery Options

For larger or time-sensitive orders, expedited delivery options are available for an additional charge to help ensure safe, timely arrival.

Local Pick-up

Prefer to stop by the farm? We welcome local pick-ups! Please call us at 910-694-3025 to place your order over the phone and coordinate a scheduled pick-up time at our Dunn, NC facility.

Live Arrival Policy:

While we guarantee the health of our crickets upon departure, transit is a volatile environment outside our direct control. We guarantee that the vast majority of your order will arrive live and healthy. However, we cannot guarantee a 100% survival rate for every individual insect. If you experience a loss exceeding 15%, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
