Refund policy

If your crickets arrive with excessive loss, please email a clear photo of the box and contents within 24 hours of delivery to carolinacricketfarm@gmail.com. We’ll review and issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Because we sell live insects, we do not offer cash refunds once orders have shipped. In cases of verified live loss or incorrect items, we’re happy to issue a replacement order or store credit toward a future purchase.
