I ordered 25 crickets, they sent me at least 50 crickets. There were so many extra, how sweet and kind of them! Crickets came in excellent condition! I had an issue with placing my order with shipping costs, and customer service was super attentive and quick to fix it!!
WOW!!!!! The longevity on these crickets is SHOCKING!!!!!! On July 28th I purchased 5,000 crickets for my critters. I’m blown away by the health of these crickets. Very few dead after me having these in a bin for over two weeks!!!! That’s unheard of! I’m used to ordering/buying crickets and counting on half of them dying in less than a week. Not Carolina Crickets. These guys are IMPRESSIVE!!!!!
Great shipping and the vented boxes are exceptional to help the survival during the trip. My second order and I have very few crickets that were doa. My cricket order was great. Just what I needed. Nearest bait shop with crickets was a half hour drive. I ordered these and they were delivered right to the front door. Crickets were very much alive and well. This is the way to go if you need crickets for anything.

Crickets shipped at the time seller stated they would, arrived quickly and healthy, and the packaging box was great- seemed comfortable and healthy for the crickets. I believe one cricket out of 200 didnt make it, and it may have been a shed.

Healthy, frisky little buggers! A bit of advice….don’t open the box inside your house. I learned the hard way and I’m still chasing them. Use the round window flap and shake out what you need.
The people at Top Hat have been terrific! When I needed advice they got back to me right away. I’m happy and so are my anoles.

Sent the wrong size . I ordered 1/8th size and received 1/16th ( micro sized) . Most were crushed by potato pieces . Ended up with maybe 30 that were still alive . Prices are good and shipping was pretty quick . Have placed another order and hoping for better results .

Love them!!! USPS didn't deliver the live crickets when I ordered them originally so called Carolina Crickets and they were so sweet and sent out another batch of crickets the same day. Will definitely continue ordering my pacman frog feeders from them
I could rave about this company for days! First of all, the shipment was super delayed due to the post office being slow but the crickets all arrived alive and in great condition packaging wise. I honestly don't think I found a single dead one. I ordered 1000 tiny crickets for my baby chameleons and they have survived for a couple weeks now as I feed them off. I'm usually feeding approximately 50-60 at a time, and these crickets are super quality because they are still going strong! I will definitely be ordering more in the future should I need them. My baby chameleons are finding their new homes now, but you never know when you'll need crickets and this company is one I will definitely save for the future!!

I used to get all my feeder crickets from here. They were fast, cheap, and arrived alive. After a few months my crickets started arriving dead and eventually took weeks to ship (if they did at all)
Sorry we couldnt provide the level of quality you wanted. 2 weeks ago we tried going usps for a bit and it hurt us because the weather was bad and almost every order was late. But we happily worked it out with our regular customers. We will be more than happy to work this out for you as well. But since we were judged and not give the chance to do anything about it, I understand if you want to go to a better company. Additionally we would always take care of any dead or missing crickets ANYTIME it happened. I have rarely asked for pics from anyone. Also remember, our crickets are about double to nutrition as most others, so youll be buying 1 for 2 now. best of luck for you.
